Indeed, I can breathe clearly and easier at night. The material is thick which provides better lift and sticks well on nose, unlike the ones that I have tried from pharmacies. The storage case with mirror is a plus 👍🏻 This made my sleep bearable/better as someone with post nasal drip/blocked nose.

Good to use, however I still snore but little softer as I was told by my spouse.

This nasal strips makes my breathing better. I wear it on before going to bed. Personally, the collagen mouth tapes is not for me. Overall it’s worth buying!

Overall, I found the nose strips effective and comfortable to wear. The only downside for me was the scent. There was quite a strong chemical-like smell coming from the strip itself, which I initially thought was coming from my air-conditioning unit before realising it was the nose strip. The smell reminded me a little of adhesive or glue and was noticeable enough that it gave me a headache during the first few nights of use. It might be worth looking into whether the adhesive formulation or scent can be adjusted, as I think the product experience would be even better without that strong chemical smell.

Very useful easy to use

I tried other brands, they don't stick good after 4-5hrs of use , and leave a sticky residue on my nose. OVER isn't like this.
I bought 5 boxes at a go, but only issue is that I can't choose a combination of BLACK and WHITE. Only can choose ONE color. Maybe this can be more flexible as I use it for sports to match my outfit.

I used the tape for cycling
However the tape will pop up after 2hrs of exercise . The tape is thus held up only by the side and not stick on to the center of the nose.

It was sticky enough and yet easy to remove in the morning. Not too sure whether it helped with reducing my snoring. Need to use it a few more times.

Although it does help me to breathe better, but it sticks too well such that it makes it a little difficult (and a bit painful for my nose) to tear it off.
