At OVER, we combine exceptional design, superior performance, and lasting quality. All products are covered under our official warranty and exchange policy.

1. Oversized Bottles

Applies to:

  • 600ML Oversized Bottle
  • 1.5L Oversized Bottle
  • 2.2L Oversized Bottle
  • 1.5L PRO Oversized Bottle
  • 2.2L PRO Oversized Bottle

Cap – 99-Year Leakproof Warranty

  • Covers leakage from manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage (report within 48 hours upon delivery date)
  • Replacement cap for normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, torn parts):
    customer pays 4$ for shipping only, cap itself is free, redeemable once from purchase date upon verification. 
  • For any subsequent replacements due to the same issue, the cap will need to be purchased at the normal retail price.
  • Replacement cap black color only
  • One-time claim only per cap

Body – 1-Month Warranty

  • Peeling of coating / abnormalities on the body
  • Breakage under normal use
  • Leakage from manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage (report within 48 hours upon delivery date)
  • One-time claim only per body

2. Flask

Applies to:

  • Wave 2.0
  • Oversized Flask 1.8L
  • OVER Cup
  • 3.78L Tangki Pro
  • Brew Cup

Cap – 6-Month Warranty

  • Manufacturing defects causing leakage or malfunction
  • Faulty seals or lid mechanisms under normal use
  • Shipping damage (report within 48 hours upon delivery date)
  • One-time claim only per cap

Body – 1-Month Warranty

  • Leaking due to manufacturing defects
  • Rusting of inner stainless steel
  • Peeling of ceramic coating (Brew Cup)
  • Temperature retention issues caused by manufacturing defects, not normal use or environmental factors
  • Shipping damage (report within 48 hours upon delivery date)
  • One-time claim only per body

3. Recovery Sleeves

Applies to:

  • Multi-purpose Recovery Sleeve
  • Neck Sleeve
  • Ankle Sleeve
  • Wrist Sleeve

Coverage – 6 Months

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Gel layer or fabric issues affecting hot/cold therapy performance

1-Month Sizing Exchange

  • One-time exchange within 1 month from purchase date
  • Additional RM14 covers return & reshipping for customer-requested size exchanges
  • Exchanges due to manufacturer defect are free of charge
  • One-time claim only per sleeve

4. Nasal Strips & Mouth Tapes

Applies to:

  • Nasal Strips
  • Mouth Tapes and Collagen Mouth Tape

Coverage:

  • Shipping damage (report within 48 hours upon delivery date )
  • One-time claim only per item

5. Accessories

Applies to:

  • Oversized Bottle Accessories
  • Flask Accessories
  • OVER Cup Accessories
  • OVER Bagnetic
  • Other official OVER accessories

Coverage:

  • Shipping damage (report within 48 hours upon delivery date)

Flask Accessories Specific Coverage:

  • Magnetic straw cap loose within 2 months → replacement offered
  • One-time claim only for this category

General Note:

  • One-time claim only per product part

6. What’s Not Covered

Bottles & Flasks

  • Drops, wear and tear, breakage, misuse, or negligence (User Error)
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (scratches, dents) that do not affect function
  • Odor from use or environment
  • Slight color differences due to lighting or device displays

Recovery Sleeves

  • Improper use (not following hot/cold instructions)
  • Damage from wetting or negligence

Nasal Strips & Mouth Tapes

  • Misuse, accidents, or improper handling

Accessories

  • Misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, fraying)

Note: Photographic proof and clarification may be requested to verify manufacturer defect.

Warranty Validity

  • All warranties and exchanges are valid from the date of purchase, regardless of delivery date.
