Refunds

We are extremely confident that you will love our product!Β However if you do not find our productΒ suitable for you we do offer a 30-day returns policy.

The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with theΒ packaging bag.

If your return item arrives without the packaging box, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If you need to return your product, please email our team at hello@over.sg with your order name and phone number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your product.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

We will send you a return shipping label for free, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

For Oversized Bottle
Please be aware that while our bottles are very high quality, they are not indestructible. The bottle may shatter if impacted upon by, for example, being dropped onto a hard surface.

Please take special care of your bottle to ensure its longevity (suggest to put on the ground), asΒ refunds will not be givenΒ forΒ bottles that have been dropped after the order has arrived at your placeΒ for more than 15 days.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
