I ordered “Silver AG” but what came was “Copper CU”

Sticker on the magnetic cap was so hard and such a nuisance to peel off that it even scrapped the black paint on it. My nails are short btw.

Like why would you make it so difficult to peel it off in the first place????

Idk what to feel about this service. Perhaps I was just an unlucky customer amongst the rest.

Don’t see an issue with it storing cold water and that won’t be a disappointment but, service wise and product quality of certain things needs to be looked into.

Honestly, lazy for a change of bottle. I’m not going to wait another 10 days just for a change in colour. Hope this doesn’t happen again to other customers.

Used for about 2 weeks. Good intake of water for me now. Heavy to take but feels good to have enough water for the day at work.

Bottle is still good to use, just a little dented on the outside but overall works fine. Keeps drinks well-insulated

The bottle is amazing. Keeps my drink cold for a long time, it is heavy so make sure to get the paracord and the anti slip base. just have to refill once or twice a day and its perfect

the bottle is big but it's compact and easy to carry. Love the straw and the normal cap is cool too tho. I bought two black and cream white. Very refreshing when you wake up and straight drink a cold water.

Packaging and the bottle was in a good condition but just that inside the bottle there’s hair 😂 Abit gross but it’s okay we can wash anyway the bottle was good !
