Why does my bottle has a strong plastic smell?
For the smell from the bottle, it is because the bottle is brand new and fresh out of the manufacturing warehouse.
We recommend washing it with soap & water when you use it for the first time. Make sure to shake it and let it rest for a while before rinsing it with clean water.
From all of our staff & customers' experience, the smell will slowly fade away after you wash it a few times and eventually dissipate.
How to wash the bottle?
It is easy to wash and there's two methods:
First method is to fill half the bottle with soapy water, shake it and let it rest for a while before rinsing it with clean water. (If you just fill with water)
We also provide a specific brush to wash the bottle if you are interested. The brush will allow you to wash the bottle more thoroughly. 😇
How to maintain the bottle?
As our bottle is covered with Matte Finishing for a cleaner look, the downside is that it can get dirty easily sometimes when it got touch by dirt or oily substances.
We suggest to keep your bottle away from those area and wash it immediately if you got some stains on it so that it won't stick on the bottle forever.

Can my bottle hold hot water?
Although our bottle can withstand hot water, we highly not recommend it because it is still a plastic material (Just to be safe) and we only want this product to remind our customers to stay hydrated at all times as our bodies need at least 3-4L a day. 🤗
So we recommend to use it for warm water or normal temperature water only. 😊
Can my bottle be put in the fridge?
Yes you can place your bottle in the fridge or putting ice into the water when you fill it up
but please do not put your bottle in the freezer as it subjects the bottle to extreme temperature cycles which can weaken the plastic.
What if my bottle is leaking from the cap?
There's a gasket ring around the cap and if you find out that the gasket ring is missing, please try to find it back immediately.
This might happen when you are washing the bottle, sometimes the gasket ring gets loosened by the soap or water and hence it falls off.
If the rubber ring falls off again, we suggest putting it back and making a hard twist for once so that it will stick back on it.
If this still doesn't fix the leaking issue, please contact us immediately and we will give you a solution to fix it. 😊

How should you clean the Wave Flask?
To clean your Wave Flask effectively, we suggest using a sponge to clean the inner part of the flask and the cap.
For the lid and straw, you can use a thin straw brush. While we are currently working on designing a specific brush for this product, for now, a regular thin straw brush should do the job.
For a thorough clean, you can also fill half of the flask with soapy water and shake it to ensure the interior is clean. Afterward, rinse it thoroughly with clean water.
This routine should help keep your Wave Flask clean and ready for use.
Can we put hot water?
Certainly! Hot water is safe to use with our product. However, we recommend removing the straw when using hot liquids, as the straw is made of plastic.
What causes water to leak from the air hole in the straw lid?
The reason you might experience water leaking from the air hole of the straw is due to closing it too quickly.
Our straw cap is designed in a way that if you suck and then close it immediately, the water might not flow back quickly enough, leading to some leakage from the hole.
To prevent this, we recommend closing the cap more slowly after finishing your drink. This allows the water to flow back properly, reducing the chances of any leakage. 😊
Why is the straw not suitable for carbohydrate drinks?
The duo lid's convenience and the straw's easy flip-up feature make it unable to withstand the gas present in carbohydrate drinks.
This can lead to pressure build-up when you open the straw lid, resulting in some water leakage while drinking unless you keep the straw open until you finish the carbohydrate drink.
Alternatively, we recommend using the twist cap for carbohydrate drinks. You can still use the straw lid, but be sure to keep it open while using it so that the gas can escape. 😊
Remember to switch to 'Airplane Mode' when you are on a plane.
We know you might bring your Over Wave Flask on a plane one day. If you do, make sure to release the pressure using the twist cap. 🚨
Using the straw cap might cause the water to burst out during takeoff due to changes in cabin pressure, potentially making a mess. 😖
After releasing the pressure initially, you can resume using the straw cap. 😊
OVER 360 Recovery Sleeve
How to freeze or heat the sleeve?
To get the most effective ice therapy, first place the sleeve in the supplied ziplock bag and then freeze it for at least 2 hours.
When using as a heat compress, start by microwaving the sleeve for 20 seconds, without its insulated bag. For additional warmth, increase the time gradually, in 5-second steps.
Can we wash or put water on it?
To maintain the durability of the 360 Recovery Sleeve, avoid washing or soaking it in water, as this can cause it to become soggy and wrinkled.
For cleaning, simply use a towel to gently wipe off any dirt or dust from the product's surface.
What body parts can the sleeve be used on?
This one sleeve fits multiple body parts - knee, elbow, calf, ankle, or quad, adapting seamlessly to your shape. Its adjustable design ensures a snug fit, providing consistent support whether you're moving or resting.
What is the duration of the hot and cold effects within the sleeve?
Feel the cool relief and cozy warmth with our sleeve, each lasting between 10 to 15 minutes.
Ease discomfort in your sore areas with our versatile 360° compression sleeve, designed to stay securely in place without slipping or shifting.
Is it possible to swap for another size?
At the moment, our 360 Recovery Sleeve comes in one size fits all.
However, if it doesn't suit you, feel free to return it for a full refund. As soon as we introduce more sizes, you'll have the opportunity to buy a better fit.
P.S: To qualify for a return, the sleeve must be in its original packaging and condition, with no damaged seams, fabric, or signs of misuse.
