Pleaseย AVOIDย using the straw forย hot liquids, as the straw is not designed to withstand high temperatures.
AVOIDย pouring cold water into the flask immediately after adding hot water, and vice versa, to prevent thermal shock and potential damage.
We advise performing regular cleaning for both the OVER Cup and the lid, particularly after using liquids other than water. After washing, ensure that both the bottle and the lid are left to air dry individually or partially opening the straw to encourage air circulation during the drying process.
If your lid does get dirty, we recommend either immersing it in a vinegar bath or allowing it to soak in a mixture consisting of equal parts dish soap, vinegar, and water.
